On 20 February, the Head of the European Union Monitoring Mission Ambassador Andrzej Tyszkiewicz met Georgian First Deputy Foreign Minister Davit Zalkaliani, who is also the newly appointed Head of the Georgian team at the Geneva International Discussions. The purpose of the introductory meeting was to discuss conflict related security issues, especially those concerning freedom of movement. The Deputy Minister praised the Mission for its monitoring activities contributing to stability along the Administrative Boundary Lines.
