On 12 March, the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia, through the Mission-managed hotline, learned about the death of Mr Irakli Kvaratskhelia. The EUMM wishes to extend its condolences to the family of the deceased.
The EUMM, in its monitoring capacity and in line
with its mandate, continues to follow developments closely.
The Mission-managed hotline has been and
continues to be actively used for communication regarding this tragic event.
The EUMM stands ready to support exchange of
information through the hotline or any other appropriate mechanism.
