ERGNETI, 18 November 2025 – The 128th Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) took place today in Ergneti. The meeting was co-facilitated by Head of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) and Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus.

Today, EUMM Head of Mission Bettina Patricia Boughani hosted a delegation, led by the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, on a patrol to the South Ossetian Administrative Boundary Line (ABL) in the area of the Odzisi village.

The 127th Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) took place today in Ergneti. The meeting was co-facilitated by Tibor Kozma, Deputy Head of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM), and Christoph Späti, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the South Caucasus.

During the 126th IPRM, participants actively engaged in a constructive dialogue, focusing on current challenges, including detentions, restrictions on freedom of movement, ‘borderisation’ activities and the overall security situation on the ground.
