Our “EUMM Monitor” N7 is available in five languages now!

13.02.2019

October 1st, 2018 marked ten years since the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) was deployed. The EUMM was established following the August 2008 conflict. EU Member States decided to deploy at least 200 civilian monitors to contribute to security and stability, for an initial period of one year. The mandate of the Mission has been extended ever since, as a clear commitment by the EU to regional stability.

The aim of our EUMM Information Bulletin is to provide the general public – in Georgia, EU Member States, and internationally – with wide-ranging and specific information about the work of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia.

We have a great news to share with our readers! Our latest issue of the EUMM Monitor is available online in five languages: English, Georgian, Russian, Ossetian and Abkhaz now!  Armenian and Azeri versions will follow.
